About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Talent Development team. You will support the delivery of learning programs and help maintain training resources. This role is designed for students interested in HR, training, or organizational development.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and job aids.
- Upload and organize content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor and track participation in training programs and compile feedback for improvement.
- Create promotional materials to support communication for various courses and programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate basic reports.
- Provide general administrative support for talent development projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program for Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- A graduation date of 2027 or later.
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week for the duration of the 10-week internship.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- An interest in learning and development and HR practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

- Location: Remote (based in Little Rock, Arkansas).
- Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
