About the role#
This internship provides data analytics support for initiatives across the Americas. You will help identify and use analytics tools, including artificial intelligence and large language models, to improve sales productivity and drive revenue growth. This position offers exposure to sales, marketing, manufacturing, product development, and technical support functions.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer and market data to identify high-value prospects and uncover sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries to monitor key performance metrics.
- Explore emerging AI and analytical tools to assess their potential in sales workflows.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable sales strategies.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your sophomore or junior year at an accredited university.
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets.
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware (On-site).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer and part-time (10-20 hours per week) during the school year.
- Duration: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 terms.
- Compensation: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Paid holidays and medical benefits eligibility.
