About the role#
This internship focuses on the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry division. You will support sales operations, engage with customers, and analyze market data. The role helps laboratories advance their science through Agilent's analytical instruments and consumable supplies. You will gain exposure to sales, marketing, and technical support functions.
What you'll do#
- Connect with new and existing customers to generate and qualify leads.
- Assist with inbound and outbound sales activities while tracking campaign performance.
- Manage customer and opportunity data in CRM systems.
- Lead independent projects that provide value to the sales organization and customers.
- Analyze markets and turn your findings into sales strategies.
- Participate in training on instrument portfolios and workflow solutions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in your 2nd or 3rd year of a 4-year STEM degree, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or student leadership positions.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time during the summer (40 hours per week) and part-time during the school year (12-20 hours per week).
- Duration: 15 months, starting in December 2026 or January 2027.
- Compensation: $29.04-$32.00 per hour, plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits.
