About the role#
Foxx Life Sciences is looking for a Bioprocess Field Sales Development Intern to join our team in Raleigh. This position is for individuals who want to build a career in sales and business development within the life sciences industry. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify new customers and grow our presence in the bioprocess market. This role is a structured entry point into our commercial team and focuses on real-world market exposure.
What you'll do#
- Identify and research potential customers in your assigned territory.
- Generate qualified leads and turn them into new business opportunities.
- Build a prospect pipeline across pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, and academic accounts.
- Conduct outbound outreach using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate meetings and product discussions with sales leaders.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, including activity tracking and account notes.
- Assist with territory planning, market initiatives, and competitive intelligence.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or current undergraduate status nearing completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An interest in technical sales and customer relationship management.
- A willingness to learn about bioprocess applications and technical products.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Comfort working with goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Prior experience in an internship, co-op, or customer-facing role is preferred.
