    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to learn how a global entertainment company manages sustainability data and environmental impacts. You will work within the corporate sustainability department, supporting key initiatives and strategies across our portfolio of venues and events. This is a part-time, on-site role for the Fall 2026 term, requiring a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage data inventories and transfer information to reporting platforms.
    • Capture and track data for our music portfolio, including tours, festivals, and venues.
    • Evaluate waste collection practices at LA Live and identify recoverable materials from events.
    • Support projects related to operations, certifications, and sponsorships.
    • Work with team members who provide coaching and mentorship.
    • Participate in networking events and meetings.

    What you'll need#

    • Coursework or a degree focused on sustainability.
    • Strong interest in the sports and entertainment industry.
    • Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
    • Dependable, resourceful, and highly organized work habits.
    • Clear oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site).
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
    • This position is part-time and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
