About the role#
This is a part-time internship position within the People and Culture Workforce Development department. You will work 20 hours per week, supporting office operations and various projects within the health system.
What you'll do#
- Visit patients and families to provide support services.
- Provide administrative coverage for the office, including answering phones and maintaining data.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with research projects, data analysis, and report creation.
- Communicate with staff at all levels of the organization and the public.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds, reaching overhead, and pushing wheelchairs or carts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Undergraduate, Master's, or Postgraduate program, or a GED equivalent.
- Skills in planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers.

- This role is located at Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center in Macon, Georgia.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- The role is paid, with a pay range of $18.85 to $28.30 per hour.
