About the role#
This is a full-time position for a Student Analyst pursuing a career as a BCBA. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children. This role focuses on clinical development under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Develop clinical skills while working under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program in Psychology.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all required restricted hours.
