    About the role#

    This is a 6 to 8 month co-op program for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within various Abbott divisions, including Structural Heart, Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, or Diagnostics. This is a full-time, paid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Gain hands-on experience through projects and responsibilities that vary by team and function.
    • Collaborate across different teams and functions to contribute to medical technologies.
    • Work on-site for 40 hours per week.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering program.
    • Majors accepted include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    This role is on-site in one of the following locations: Plymouth, Minnesota; Pleasanton, California; San Fernando, California; Irving, Texas; Saint Paul, Minnesota; or Westford, Massachusetts.
