About the role#
This internship provides hands-on professional experience for students interested in finance and accounting. You will work in various environments, including corporate headquarters, manufacturing plants, and support locations. Interns interact with finance colleagues and business partners to gain exposure to different areas of the company. High-performing interns may be considered for the two-year Financial Professional Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Apply analytical techniques and creative problem-solving to business challenges.
- Develop technical and communication skills while working on financial projects.
- Support teams in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Accounting, Logistics/Supply Chain Finance, and Corporate Initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in school for the semester following the internship.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Completion of at least three accounting courses, including one 3-4 credit hour cost accounting class.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Experience with on-campus leadership, professional organizations, or previous finance-related work is preferred.
