About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Cancer Diagnostics Division. You will work on projects that support our business goals while learning from senior leaders. We hire students into roles based on current business needs, focusing on areas like Corporate Affairs and Market Access.
What you'll do#
- Perform primary and secondary market research to support strategy development for new products and expansions.
- Build financial and market-sizing models for long-range planning and new product evaluation.
- Provide strategic decision-making support to leadership teams.
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and develop presentations for various audiences.
- Coordinate projects and assist with the development of market access playbooks and training series.
- Monitor medical policy and code status.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across medical, commercial, and market access teams.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of college coursework before the internship starts.
- Current enrollment in a university, with plans to return to school after the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- For Corporate Affairs roles, you must be pursuing a master’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- For Market Access roles, you must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in science, business, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, strategy, finance, consulting, or banking.
- Preferred: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Preferred: Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, AI platforms, or project management tools like Smartsheet and Miro.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Madison, Wisconsin.
