About the role#
This internship program serves as a talent pipeline for commercial management roles within our global organization. You will spend approximately 12 weeks working on a project that impacts our business while gaining insight into the healthcare industry. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage a commercial leadership project focused on marketing, market research, or brand and product management.
- Complete your assigned project within a domestic or international business unit.
- Participate in learning and development sessions throughout the summer.
- Engage with industry experts and attend various networking events.
- Deliver a final presentation of your project results to senior leaders, division executives, and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Full-time MBA candidate status, having completed your first year by Summer 2027.
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A demonstrated interest in the healthcare sector.
- A proven track record of accomplishment.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Geographic flexibility for the duration of the assignment.
- Preferred experience includes work in healthcare, marketing, sales, or project management.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site at one of our locations in Abbott Park (IL), Santa Clara (CA), Alameda (CA), Plymouth (MN), or Princeton (NJ).
- The position requires approximately 15% travel.
