    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on professional experience within the Cancer Diagnostics division. You will work on projects and interact directly with customers and stakeholders. The program offers a choice between a commercial strategy track or a field-based sales track. You will receive structured training in business development, sales, and diagnostics selling to build a foundation for a career in healthcare sales.

    What you'll do#

    • Participate in cross-functional project work.
    • Engage in direct customer and stakeholder interactions.
    • Choose a track in either commercial strategy or field-based sales.
    • Build foundational skills for a career in healthcare sales.
    • Complete structured training in sales, business development, and diagnostics selling.

    What you'll need#

    • Completed at least three years of college education before the internship begins.
    • Enrollment in school for the semester following the internship.
    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sales, finance, business, or marketing.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • Relevant experience in sales and leadership.
    • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
    • An interest in working in the healthcare or diagnostics field.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship with rolling start dates.
    • Inside Sales track: Madison, Wisconsin.
    • Field Sales track: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Detroit, Michigan.
