About the role#
This summer 2027 internship provides hands-on professional experience for students with strong academic performance. You will work in various environments, including corporate headquarters, manufacturing plants, and support functions. Interns gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, manufacturing accounting, and supply chain finance. High-performing interns may be considered for the Financial Professional Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Develop technical and soft skills through real-world assignments.
- Apply analytical techniques and creative problem-solving to business challenges.
- Interact with finance team members and business partners.
- Support corporate initiatives and specific finance projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for the semester following the internship.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Completion of at least three accounting courses, including one cost accounting course, prior to graduation.
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Locations include Abbott Park and Lake Forest, Illinois; St. Paul, Minnesota; Columbus, Ohio; Austin, Texas; and Alameda, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Sylmar, and Temecula, California.
- Base pay ranges from $16.85 to $33.75 per hour, depending on location.
