About the role#
This is a pipeline requisition for the University Relations program in Puerto Rico. We are looking for students to join our team for the Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 terms. You will work on-site at one of our manufacturing facilities to gain practical experience in a professional engineering environment.
What you'll do#
- Support our plant operations within the technical support department.
- Apply the engineering concepts and technical knowledge you have gained during your university studies to real-world projects.
What you'll need#
- You must be a 4th or 5th year student pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- You should be proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are necessary.
- You must have effective interpersonal skills to work well within a team.
- Availability to work overtime or on weekends if the project needs require it.

- Positions are located in Barceloneta, Arecibo, and Caguas, Puerto Rico.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- This role requires physical presence on-site.
