About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program for students interested in future leadership roles within IT. You will work to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The program focuses on career growth and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Complete summer assignments in key IT departments.
- Work with teams to support business transformation projects.
- Participate in development programs designed to support your career growth.
- Align your interests and talents with specific project needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's (Sophomore or Junior status) or Master's degree program in an IT-related field or Business Administration with an IT focus.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- You must be returning to school after the internship ends.
- Permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience in areas such as project management, business process mapping, or requirements gathering is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- Pay ranges from $19.42 to $33.59 per hour depending on location.
- Positions are on-site in Chicago, IL; Santa Clara, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Waukegan, IL; Alameda, CA; Plano, TX; or Minneapolis, MN.
- You must be willing to relocate for the duration of the assignment.
