About the role#
This internship provides practical experience in sales digital tools and technology. You will work with the Sales Systems Manager to support operations, resolve system issues, and improve sales programs. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to support daily operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify solutions for clients by matching customer needs with company offerings.
- Support sales digital processes and maintain documentation for internal audit compliance.
- Resolve system issues to improve performance for sales transactions.
- Evaluate and enhance sales processes to increase efficiency and minimize risk.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to the office.

- Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas.
- Work Modality: On-site or hybrid.
- Residency: Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office.
