About the role#
As a Proposals Engineer Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting operations and project completion. You will work with various teams to identify client needs and develop technical solutions. This position is a paid summer internship for 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop proposals, including system overview drawings, equipment lists, and system descriptions.
- Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Support marketing and sales efforts.
- Use customer insights to identify suitable project solutions.
- Seek feedback from managers and peers to improve your technical performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Engineering within the United States.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

- Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site or hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time for Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
- Note: No relocation assistance or stipend is provided. You must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office.
