About the role#
This Market Development Co-Op position offers practical experience through project work in the automation machinery manufacturing industry. You will report to the Market Development Manager and support operations while gaining professional exposure. This is a paid, full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to support daily operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify suitable solutions for clients by applying insights about customer needs.
- Drive project results that meet customer expectations.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek feedback from your manager and team members to improve your performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Biomedical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- An interest or minor in Marketing or Business.
- Ability to analyze complex situations using critical thinking.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining quality.
- Strong collaboration skills to convey ideas and share information with team members.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Cary, North Carolina.
- Modality: On-site or remote.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Reliable transportation is required for those working on-site.
- Expected pay range: $20 to $34 per hour.
