About the role#
This is a rolling internship based in Gray Court, South Carolina. You will work on-site to help develop, implement, and evaluate manufacturing processes. The role focuses on supporting operations to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for assigned projects.
- Apply quality tools, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing techniques to support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Assist the quality department with the development of procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in departmental meetings to help with organizational planning and objective setting.
- Coordinate with other departments on process improvement and documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Progress toward a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong task management and prioritization skills.
