About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Tampa, Florida. You will work on-site to support the Construction Management Team with day-to-day operations. The role focuses on learning construction procedures, quality control, and safety compliance while working alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do#
- Support the Construction Management Team with construction, customer service, quality control, and safety processes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating warranty service according to company policy.
- Inspect materials and workmanship during installation and after completion to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain assigned inventory homes and tasks to ensure they remain in good condition.
- Monitor compliance with the subdivision safety program and report any violations to the Project Manager.
- Help build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and sales staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, specifically in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- A High School Diploma.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A current, valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, at least 40 hours per week.
- Work Modality: On-site.
