About the role#
Perry Homes is looking for a Construction Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in San Antonio, Texas. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, while gaining exposure to the homebuilding process.
What you'll do#
- Support the Construction Management Team with daily tasks and projects.
- Assist in planning and coordinating warranty services according to company policy.
- Inspect materials and workmanship during and after installation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor compliance with the subdivision safety program and help maintain safety records.
- Assist in the upkeep of assigned inventory homes.
- Build professional relationships with homeowners, contractors, and sales staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
- A high school diploma.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
