About the role#
Perry Homes is looking for a Construction Management intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, Texas. You will support the construction management team with daily tasks, quality control, and safety processes.
What you'll do#
- Learn construction procedures from sheetrock tape and float through to home completion.
- Inspect materials and workmanship during and after installation to meet quality standards.
- Assist with planning and coordinating warranty service according to company policy.
- Monitor subdivision safety compliance and report any violations to the Project Manager.
- Develop solutions for issues involving building inspectors, contractors, or suppliers.
- Help maintain inventory homes and build relationships with homeowners, trades, and sales staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- A high school diploma.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
