About the role#
Young Life is hiring Student Staff to support ministry operations in Bell County, Texas. This role focuses on spiritual development, leadership, and direct ministry with adolescents. You will work under the supervision of an area director to gain experience in ministry skills and organizational strategy.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster your spiritual life.
- Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership.
- Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships.
- Participate in a team to conduct Young Life club and Campaigners discipleship ministry.
- Set and review yearly ministry and personal goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Strong relational skills with kids and adults.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or Business Administration.
