About the role#
Young Life is looking for a Student Staff member to join our team in Athens, Georgia. This role focuses on spiritual development, leadership, and direct ministry engagement. You will work under the supervision of an area director or mentor to build ministry skills and gain practical experience. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster your spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in their own spiritual development.
- Engage in contact work, club, Campaigners, and camp activities.
- Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices.
- Assist with office administration duties as needed.
- Participate in regional and area training events to build ministry competency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, such as Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Proven relational skills when working with both kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Agreement with the Young Life Statement of Faith.

- Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $5,100 to $6,063.
