About the role#
Young Life is seeking a Student Staff member in Suffolk County, New York. This is a full-time, paid position that operates on a remote basis with a rolling application term. Please note that Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith and participate in ministry functions as part of their role.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
- Actively engage in all three levels of contact work.
- Assist in office administration when necessary and assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree, ideally in Communications or Business Administration.
- Proven relational skills when working with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
