About the role#
Fox Pest Control is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Logan, Utah. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and hiring processes. This role works closely with our recruiters to manage daily tasks and support our hiring needs.
What you'll do#
- Contact applicants via text, email, and phone within 24 to 48 hours to help them finish their applications.
- Manage and conduct resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Schedule interviews for recruiting managers.
- Select qualified candidates to move forward in the hiring process.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure a steady flow of quality candidates.
- Assist with other recruiting tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including docs, sheets, and forms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A professional approach to candidate interactions.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Logan, Utah.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date.
- Compensation is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
