About the role#
The Investment Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week opportunity starting in June 2027. You will begin with one week of training before joining a specific team within the Strategic Functions division for nine weeks. This program provides hands-on experience, allowing you to perform work similar to that of a full-time analyst while gaining exposure to the firm's culture and collaborative environment. You may be placed on teams such as IM Strategy, Product Development, ETFs, Office of the COO, or Global Risk & Analysis.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with investment teams and business partners to support key initiatives and strategic projects.
- Conduct research on markets, industries, and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data to develop reports, presentations, and materials that support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist with cross-functional projects, including product launches, risk analyses, and operational tasks.
- Support the execution of key business priorities alongside senior stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have a background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills alongside high academic achievement.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are a self-starter who can work independently, solve problems, and pay close attention to detail.

- Compensation: The expected base pay is $43.27 per hour.
