About the role#
The Investment Management Sophomore Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program starting in June 2027. You will join the Tactical Value team to gain hands-on experience in private market investing. The program includes one week of training followed by nine weeks of project work. You will work alongside investment professionals to support research, analysis, and investment initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Conduct diligence on new investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with advisors and consultants on due diligence tasks.
- Build company financial forecasts and valuation models.
- Contribute to investment memoranda.
- Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies.
- Track prospective deals and assist with deal-related documentation.
- Stay current on market developments and economic trends.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Exceptional academic performance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
