About the role#
Student Staff II roles provide training and field ministry experience to help you learn how to perform effective Young Life ministry. You will focus on spiritual growth, leadership development, resource management, and direct ministry engagement while pursuing your college degree.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Actively engage in all three levels of contact work.
- Adhere to all Young Life policies and procedures.
- Participate in team-led club and discipleship ministry.
- Assist with administrative office tasks when necessary.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program in fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, Philosophy, Nursing, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and ministry standards.

- Compensation: $7,975 to $9,518 depending on education, experience, and location.
- Term: Rolling.
