About the role#
XPENG is hiring for a Robotics Center Internship position for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Santa Clara, California. We are looking for students to join our team to work on advanced robotics projects.
What you'll do#
- Develop and deploy robotic foundation models.
- Work on data-driven end-to-end manipulation, including VLA, World Models, and World Action Models.
- Develop human-like walking and whole-body control systems using methods like RL controllers.
- Collaborate on various motion control tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
