About the role#
The Mass Market Energy Efficiency team is seeking an intern to manage marketing and community engagement strategies for residential energy programs. This role focuses on supporting income-qualified customers as they learn to manage energy usage and improve home efficiency. This position begins in Fall 2026.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate various marketing campaigns and events.
- Update, refresh, and create program collateral, including info sheets, marketing materials, and web content.
- Lead community outreach strategy, including coordination with Red Truck and community partners.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or higher at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Leadership, Psychology, Sustainability, Sociology, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- At least one prior internship or job experience.
- Ability to commute to the office in Denver, Colorado.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.

- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time (summer) and Part-time (school year).
- Pay: $18.20 to $24.50 per hour.
