About the role#
As a Project Management Intern, you will support the delivery of infrastructure and consulting projects. You will work in a collaborative environment while gaining hands-on experience in project delivery. This role includes regular site visits with Project Managers to observe on-site activities and execution.
What you'll do#
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors while tracking action items.
- Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, procurement, and administrative processes.
- Monitor project progress and maintain project management tools, including Excel-based tracking systems.
- Participate in project site visits with Project Managers to gain practical field experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally to project sites.

- Compensation: $24.00 to $32.25 per hour.
