About the role#
World Vision is offering a three-month internship within the Corporate Services team. This role focuses on delivering administrative and facility management services to support global offices. You will help manage and streamline processes such as courier services, occupancy planning, and health and safety protocols. This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in the international relief and development field while participating in professional development sessions and spiritual growth activities.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate project timelines, goals, and deliverables across departments and global offices.
- Research, develop, and implement technological solutions to improve administrative processes.
- Assist with space utilization and facility management practices.
- Support the planning and execution of large-scale events.
- Perform administrative tasks including courier services and occupancy planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program or graduation within the last 2 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Commitment to World Vision International’s Christian Statement of Faith.
- Ability to use personal electronic devices for internship tasks, including the installation of endpoint security software.
- Majors in Business Administration or Communications are preferred.

- Location: On-site in Monrovia, California.
- Term: January 25, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time availability (20-40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, though a monthly stipend of $800 is provided.
