About the role#
As an HR Operations Intern, you will support the HR Operations team with administrative tasks and projects. You will report to the HR Manager and gain experience in a professional HR environment while contributing to team objectives.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and update existing desktop procedures.
- Research HR best practices to help develop new guidelines.
- Assist with employee inquiries by researching company policies.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members during investigations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.
- Prior internship or work experience in an HR setting.

- Location: Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Modality: This is a full-time, paid, hybrid position.
