About the role#
The Summer 2027 Internship with the Healthcare Banking team offers an introduction to commercial banking. You will work within a specialized group that provides credit, treasury management, and banking solutions to middle-market healthcare organizations. This program provides exposure to the daily operations of a financial institution while you work alongside experienced banking professionals.
What you'll do#
- Gain direct exposure to healthcare lending, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
- Conduct industry research and support client relationship management tasks.
- Complete projects related to your specific area of study.
- Participate in mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to self-motivate and work productively without direct supervision.
- A genuine interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note that this program does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship, including support for OPT or CPT.
