About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship focused on Talent Acquisition and HR Service Delivery. You will work on projects related to your field of study while receiving guidance from a mentor. The program includes leadership development training, business projects, and team-building activities to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#

- Participate in mentorship and leadership development training.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Business Administration or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
