About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the Specialized Mortgage Services division at Western Alliance Bank. The program runs for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will work on projects directly related to your field of study while receiving guidance from a mentor.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects focused on your area of study.
- Participate in business initiatives and team-building activities.
- Attend leadership development training sessions.
- Work alongside banking professionals to gain practical experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work productively without direct supervision.
- A genuine interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note that we do not offer immigration sponsorship for this role.
