About the role#
The Investment Strategy Technology Co-op role provides an opportunity to learn about financial technology while working directly with the Investment Strategy Technology team. You will communicate with both business and technology stakeholders and contribute to the team's ongoing projects. This position is open only to Northeastern University students.
What you'll do#
- Write code and unit tests for new features and bug fixes.
- Coordinate with other technology teams to finish projects and resolve technical questions.
- Document your work at every stage, including analysis, implementation, and support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing goals.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful, motivated, and organized approach to tasks.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in when needed.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
- Employment: Full-time, paid position.
