About the role#
PanAgora Asset Management is hiring an intern for the Equity Team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in Boston. We look for students who have a deep interest in global capital markets and want to contribute to the management of active portfolios.
What you'll do#
- Conduct special projects to support the management of active U.S., international, and absolute return portfolios.
- Develop proprietary databases to create new quantitative instruments and insights.
- Research novel quantitative factors for portfolio management decisions.
- Use current technologies in finance and stock selection.
What you'll need#
- Coursework in finance, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, or programming skills.
- Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas.
- Familiarity with accounting, financial statement analysis, fundamental research, and equity security valuation is preferred.
- Knowledge of niche stock markets or exchanges is a plus.
