About the role#
The MUSIC·TEAM internship program offers hands-on experience in artist representation, touring, and entertainment business operations. You will work alongside industry professionals to gain insight into the daily functions of a global talent agency. This program is for students who want to learn about the music industry and contribute to our team.
What you'll do#
- Upload performance offers and show finals into our booking system.
- Generate tour itineraries.
- Assist with artist immigration processes.
- Shadow agent teams to learn about client services and workflows.
- Review ticket sales and create reports.
- Participate in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
- Eligibility to receive academic credit.
- Strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 25, 2027, to April 30, 2027).
- Modality: This is an on-site, part-time position.

- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
