About the role#
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will help bring leadership and development programs to life. You will gain hands-on experience in program planning, participant communications, and the execution of live training sessions. This role involves working closely with team members, facilitators, and external partners to create effective learning experiences.
What you'll do#
- Support the full lifecycle of Learning & Development programs from initial planning to final execution.
- Manage project timelines, key dates, and facilitator requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, including venue selection, catering, AV needs, and participant materials.
- Draft participant communications and assist with assessments and surveys.
- Use project management tools to keep tasks on track and support team goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at a U.S.-based college or university.
- Ability to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Interest in fields such as leadership development, employee experience, or event management.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is helpful.

- This internship is based in Brooklyn, New York.
- The role offers a mix of remote and on-site work.
- This is a part-time, unpaid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
