About the role#
This internship supports agents, managers, and coordinators in representing a roster of digital-first talent. You will contribute to the growth of influencers and creators across various cultural verticals. The role involves managing digital partnerships, brand collaborations, creator strategy, and new talent discovery.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify emerging creators and influencers across social platforms.
- Track social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to inform strategy.
- Coordinate PR, gifting, and brand seeding opportunities.
- Participate in talent calls and meetings by shadowing Agents and Managers.
- Prepare presentation materials and pitch decks for brand partnerships.
- Support internal operations to enhance creator growth and audience development.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to inform creator strategy.
- Help manage communications between creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and general project coordination.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in the creator economy and digital talent.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
- An understanding of how creators monetize content through brand partnerships.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and talent.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take initiative.
- Must be able to earn college credit for this internship.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 26, 2027 to April 30, 2027).
- Locations: Dallas, Texas; Los Angeles, California; or New York City, New York.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. You must be eligible to receive college credit.
