2026 Kaufman Hall Analyst Program - SBT Analyst

About the role#

The 2026 Kaufman Hall Analyst Program offers an opportunity for professionals to join the Strategy and Business Transformation practice. Analysts work with enterprise-level healthcare clients to solve complex business problems, identify differentiation strategies, and provide advisory support. Following an initial three-week intensive training period covering the healthcare landscape and core technical skills, Analysts are staffed on multiple client engagements alongside a team of Associates and leadership.

What you'll do#

• Support multiple strategy engagements simultaneously.
• Create and apply solutions to strategic and organizational issues facing healthcare clients.
• Develop, analyze, and interpret advanced client data models using Excel.
• Build presentations and work products for clients and Board members.
• Assist the practice with internal documentation and business development tasks.
• Manage client support roles, including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and circulating notes.
• Ensure project milestones and timelines are met.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Health Administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a history of academic excellence and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Intellectual curiosity and a high degree of motivation.
• Energetic work ethic and professional integrity.
• Current Permanent US Work Authorization.
