About the role#
The Associate Product Manager (APM) Internship is an immersive program at the center of global payments and technology. You will work on high-impact product initiatives while partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Throughout the summer, you will build foundational product management skills, deepen your understanding of Visa products, and gain hands-on experience bringing ideas from concept to execution. You will receive mentorship and feedback, participate in exclusive development sessions, and present your work to Product leadership at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Support product strategy, customer problem statements, and business cases.
- Assist with product roadmaps, requirements documentation, and prioritization.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user needs to inform product decisions.
- Partner with designers and engineers to ideate, build, test, and iterate on product concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and regional teams to support product launches and adoption.
- Participate in product discovery, delivery, and go-to-market efforts.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional collaborative environments.
- Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies like Generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
- Technical fluency in areas such as programming languages, data analysis, or business modeling is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with an entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment: Full time.
- Compensation: $39 to $46 per hour.
