About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship within the FIS University Program. You will work alongside team mentors on projects that impact business value while gaining experience in the financial technology sector. The program runs from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support product managers and owners by gathering, organizing, and documenting business and customer requirements.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer feedback, product performance, and competitive insights.
- Assist with backlog management, user story documentation, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders to support product delivery.
- Test, validate, and monitor new features to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Product Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or Finance.
- Status as a rising senior graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, or Milwaukee, WI.
- This role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
