About the role#
Join the Collaboration Solutions team to support product management initiatives for software experiences. You will work on tools that integrate with HP and Poly collaboration devices to improve hybrid workspace experiences for enterprise employees. This is a 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams.
- Collect market, competitor, and customer insights.
- Analyze data to create actionable product insights.
- Support concept planning and software launches.
- Define software requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed your 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program or be in your 1st year of a Master’s program.
- You must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university.
- You must be able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027 and not require sponsorship in the future.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and research.
- Understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and manage unstructured work.
- Proficiency with standard productivity software.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration or Marketing.

- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- Locations: Austin, Texas, or Fort Collins, Colorado.
