About the role#
This is a 12-week paid summer internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join the Collaboration Solutions team to work on software experiences for HP and Poly branded devices. The role is full-time and requires on-site attendance. This position is intended for conversion to a full-time role, though HP will not provide work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams.
- Collect and analyze market, competitor, and customer data to create actionable product insights.
- Support concept planning and the launch of software experiences.
- Define software requirements by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed your 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program or be in your 1st year of a Master’s program.
- Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited university is required.
- You must be able to obtain work authorization in the United States for 2027 without company sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis, research, and standard productivity software.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles.
- Ability to organize work and collaborate across different teams.
- Majors in Business Administration or Marketing are preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in either Austin, Texas, or Fort Collins, Colorado.
- The pay range for this position is $23 to $35 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience.
