Fall 2026 Internship - Women's Merchandising

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity for college students to gain experience in the retail apparel and fashion industry. You will support the Women's Merchandising team through day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This is an unpaid, for-credit internship requiring documentation from your academic institution.

What you'll do#

• Organize and manage sample inventory and track sample landing.
• Assist with prep work for Board Reviews and Line Adoptions, including board and sample edits.
• Create product knowledge materials for retail stores and product details for e-commerce.
• Conduct competitive research on styles and pricing to identify market trends, voids, and opportunities.
• Listen to and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• A strong interest in merchandising and a passion for the vineyard vines brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company materials.

Location & details#

• Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
• Term: Fall 2026 (up to 15 weeks).
• Modality: On-site, requiring attendance at the office two days per week (up to 20 hours total per week).
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments.
