    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in production operations at vineyard vines. Interns support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day production workflows while learning how the company manages development and supply chain processes.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in fabric sourcing for upcoming seasons.
    • Verify information in Centric to ensure accuracy for issuing purchase orders.
    • Ensure suppliers provide necessary costing and TNA information, following up as needed.
    • Maintain and organize development, bulk, and TOP submits.
    • Participate in weekly meetings, including cross-functional team meetings, fittings, color reviews, and design pass-offs.
    • Support package calls and communicate design comments to vendors.
    • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Interest in pursuing a career in the fashion industry after graduation.
    • Proficiency in Excel and GMail.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company materials.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • This is an unpaid internship for academic credit only; documentation from your school is required.
    • The program lasts up to 15 weeks with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
    • Interns are expected to be in the office two days per week, with flexible scheduling available to accommodate class requirements.
