About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in production operations at vineyard vines. Interns support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day production workflows while learning how the company manages development and supply chain processes.
What you'll do#
- Assist in fabric sourcing for upcoming seasons.
- Verify information in Centric to ensure accuracy for issuing purchase orders.
- Ensure suppliers provide necessary costing and TNA information, following up as needed.
- Maintain and organize development, bulk, and TOP submits.
- Participate in weekly meetings, including cross-functional team meetings, fittings, color reviews, and design pass-offs.
- Support package calls and communicate design comments to vendors.
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the fashion industry after graduation.
- Proficiency in Excel and GMail.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company materials.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- This is an unpaid internship for academic credit only; documentation from your school is required.
- The program lasts up to 15 weeks with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Interns are expected to be in the office two days per week, with flexible scheduling available to accommodate class requirements.
