About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within the Men's Knits design team. Interns support day-to-day operations, contribute to the design process, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure an organized and functional office environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Men's Knits design team throughout the design process.
- Sketch and update CADs in Adobe Illustrator following meetings and fittings.
- Organize and maintain the trim library, fabric samples, and color swatches.
- Update and manage binders for fabrics, CADs, trims, and artwork.
- Maintain an organized and functional office space by filing paperwork and managing samples.
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently attending school for design, with a preference for those studying Graphic Design, Art, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
- Term: Fall 2026 (up to 15 weeks).
- Modality: On-site (must be able to work 2 days per week in the office).
- Schedule: Maximum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate class schedules.
- Note: This is an unpaid internship for academic credit only; students must provide appropriate documentation from their school.
